How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy
Add a few drops to your oil burner or diffuser and create the perfect ambience in the room. Craft your own aromatherapy blend by combining your favourite essential oils.

Massage
Create your own invigorating massage blend by adding essential oils to a carrier oil. We recommend Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Fractionated Oil #218.

DIY Beauty
Essential oils can be used for their aroma and their skin and hair care benefits. Use to enhance you DIY beauty creations like creams, serums, lotions, balms, bath bombs, massage oils, hair masks and more.

Green Cleaning
Essential Oils have really useful benefits for green, eco-friendly cleaning. Make your own cleaning products by combining essential oils with popular household cleaning products like white vinegar, sodium bicarbonate and liquid castile soap. Multitasking Tea Tree is famous for its cleaning powers, you can use it in virtually any cleaning task from floors, toilets, sinks, to kitchen surfaces to laundry. Add 20 drops to a bucket of hot soapy water for floor mopping. Combine 10 drops with a cup of Sodium Bicarbonate #504 and pour down the toilet for a sparkly clean loo.
