How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy
Use Organic Helichrysum in your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the delicate and uplifting aroma.

Skincare
Add a few drops to your favourite carrier oil to create your own super simple night serum. We love Organic Prickly Pear Oil #214.

Massage
Combine with your favourite essential oils and a carrier oil for a personalised massage oil. We love Apricot Kernel #204 and Grapeseed #210. Get experimenting to create your perfect massage oil blend. The possibilities are endless!
