How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, typically 20 drops or 1ml of essential oil to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Massage
For an uplifting massage, why not make your own massage blend by combining Organic Bergamot with Spearmint #165, Basil #144, Lime #121, Rosemary #108 and Eucalyptus #101 with a carrier oil of your choice. We recommend Grapeseed #210, Sweet Almond #215 or Coconut Oil #203.
Skincare
Add a couple of drops of Bergamot to your facial cleanser for the added benefits of Organic Bergamot.
Aromatherapy
Create your own revitalising blend including Organic Bergamot, Lemon #103, Grapefruit #115 and Orange #105 and use in your burner or diffuser.
In the Bath
For a wonderful, aromatic spa experience at home, try combining Organic Bergamot with one of our carrier oils and add it to your bath, leaving you smelling beautiful and your skin felling silky smooth.

Many citrus oils contain Furocoumarins which can cause skin photosensitivity when used before sun exposure. Our Organic Bergamot Essential Oil is expressed then steam distilled to remove the Furocoumarins meaning it won't cause skin sensitivity when exposed to the sun.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
